We use royal mail for all UK deliveries. Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 24hours we will notify by email.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR Postage is calculated @ £3.45 up to 1kg.
This covers both parties if anything gets lost and we should be able to resolve any issues quickly.
Deliveries require someone to be available to sign for and accept delivery. If nobody is available Royal Mail will take your order to your local post office or local sorting centre allowing you to pick up your parcel later that day.
If you do not receive your order within 4 working days of placing order, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched, only when it has been returned to us unopened and unused.
You do not own the goods till payment is received in full, if full payment is overdue and a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can chose by notice to cancel any delivery and any right to use the goods still owned by us, in which case you must return the goods or allow us to collect them. We will deliver the goods to the delivery location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement without undue delay and in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the contact is entered into.
Returns and cancelation
Also, the cancelation rights for a contract cease to be available in the following circumstances
- In the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or if they become unsealed after delivery;
- In the case of any sales contract, if the goods become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
You can withdraw the order by telling us before the contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind or without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
This is a distance contract (as defined below) which has the cancelation rights set out below, these cancellation rights however, do not apply to a contract of the following goods in the following circumstances .
(1) Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised;
(2)Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supplier does not exclude liability for any fraudulent act or omission or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the suppliers other legal obligations. Subject to this the supplier is not liable for loss which was not reasonably.
Deduction for goods supplied
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is result of any unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods: eg its goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop) this is because you are liable for that loss and if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.
